Follow the Iceland VFS Philippines instructions and your appointment confirmation. The Iceland Embassy checklist says applications are forwarded to the Embassy of Iceland in Tokyo.
A Schengen application can generally be lodged up to six months before travel. Prepare early and allow time for an appointment, transfer, review and passport return. Check current Iceland VFS instructions before booking.
Follow current VFS instructions for submission and biometrics. Any eligibility for biometric reuse or representation must be confirmed with VFS; attendance may still be required.
Schengen biometrics collected within the previous 59 months may be reusable in some cases. Confirm your eligibility and current attendance instructions with VFS; the authorities may still request fresh biometrics.
The Iceland Embassy checklist states applications are normally processed within 15 days after receipt from VFS. Appointment availability, transfer and additional checks affect the total time. A decision date is not guaranteed.
The Iceland checklist asks for a round-trip flight itinerary with a reservation and PNR confirmation. Avoid making non-refundable purchases before a visa decision. Your reservations should reflect your genuine travel plans.
The Iceland Embassy checklist for Philippine applicants asks for six months of personal bank statements showing account movements and average daily balance. It lists ISK 8,000 per day for a hotel stay or ISK 4,000 per day when a third party covers the stay. Requirements depend on the trip and current checklist; meeting a figure does not guarantee approval.
A host or sponsor may support your visit. The Iceland checklist asks for relevant relationship, financial and sponsorship documents, including the official invitation and guarantee forms where applicable. Confirm the current documents for your circumstances.
Travel insurance is required but is separate from our package. It must be valid across the Schengen area for the full trip and provide at least €30,000 in medical coverage. Check the current policy requirements before buying.
Our standard adult package includes application preparation support and the standard mandatory Iceland visa and application-centre charges at the quoted basis. Travel insurance and optional or applicant-specific expenses are separate. Children and nonstandard applications require individual quotations.
Apply through the country responsible for the real purpose and main destination of your trip, usually where you spend the longest time for a trip with the same purpose throughout. If no main destination can be determined, the first Schengen country entered generally determines where to apply.
No. Icelandic authorities decide applications, validity and permitted entries. Our assistance does not guarantee a visa or a decision date.
