PREPARE YOUR FILE
General Requirements
Use the current INZ checklist, the online application and any individual requests. The examples below help you get organized; the documents required depend on your application.
Passport and photo
- Clear passport identity-page scan and a recent photo meeting INZ specifications.
- Relevant travel-history pages or previous visas when requested. INZ normally requires passport validity for at least three months after your planned departure from New Zealand.
Your planned visit
- Your intended dates, accommodation and travel itinerary.
- Evidence that you can leave New Zealand, such as onward travel or funds to purchase it. Avoid non-refundable bookings before approval.
Funds and sponsorship
- INZ lists at least NZ$1,000 per month, or NZ$400 per month if accommodation is already paid, unless you have an acceptable sponsor.
- Provide the financial or sponsor evidence requested in your online application. These are living-cost requirements, not a guarantee of approval.
Supporting documents
- Employment, business, study, family or other evidence requested by INZ for your application.
- Include English translations of supporting documents that are not in English. Medicals or police certificates may be requested.
Provide truthful information and genuine supporting documents. Any application reservations are separate from purchased tickets and paid accommodation. Avoid non-refundable travel bookings before approval.

Employees and business owners
- Provide the employment, income or business records requested by INZ.
- Examples may include employment confirmation, approved leave or business registration and financial records.
Students and retirees
- Provide requested enrollment, retirement or pension records, where applicable.
- Include the funding or sponsor information requested in the application.
Sponsored visits
- Provide the host or sponsor information requested by INZ.
- Follow the official sponsorship process where it applies. Sponsorship does not guarantee approval.
Families and children
- Provide the relationship, guardianship and consent documents requested by INZ.
- Each included traveler pays the IVL unless exempt. Our package is priced per applicant, including children.
GOVERNMENT CHARGES
Visa fee waived. Tourism levy included.
For Philippine citizens applying outside New Zealand for visitor stays not exceeding 59 days, the application fee and immigration levy are waived.
- The NZ$100 International Visitor Conservation and Tourism Levy (IVL) still applies to standard tourist applicants.
- The IVL is included in our ₱8,900 package and paid during the online application. You do not pay it again after approval.
- The IVL is non-refundable once paid, including if the application is refused.
Longer stays and other visa categories need a separate quotation before payment.

What remains separate

- Only INZ can approve a visa. Approval, validity, entries and processing dates are not guaranteed.
- Most online applicants do not need to submit a physical passport. Follow your INZ acknowledgment and any later request.
- Government requirements and fees can change. Your package and any nonstandard services are confirmed before payment.
- You remain responsible for your answers, supporting documents and required declarations.
- Refunds for assistance follow the terms provided before payment and the work already completed. The IVL is non-refundable once paid.

Most online applicants do not need to send their physical passport. Follow the acknowledgment page and any later INZ request. VFS handles passport services when required; Immigration New Zealand assesses and decides the visa.
Processing varies with INZ workload and the application. Check the current official processing-time tool and apply early. We cannot guarantee a decision date, an appointment or passport-return timing.
Our package provides administrative and clerical support using public INZ instructions and your own answers. Eligibility advice, choosing a visa category, interpreting immigration rules and case strategy require a licensed New Zealand immigration adviser or an exempt professional. Those services are outside this package.
INZ allows eligible partners and dependent children to be included in a visitor application. The IVL is charged for each included person unless exempt. Our assistance package is priced per applicant, including children.
Actual flights, paid accommodation, travel insurance, medical examinations, police certificates, translations, notarization, document issuance, premium or urgent services, immigration advice and a new application after refusal are separate. Longer stays and other visa categories need a separate quotation before payment.
