TÜRKİYE VISA ASSISTANCE
Türkiye Tourist Visa for Filipinos
From Istanbul’s waterfront to the valleys of Cappadocia, begin with the visa route that fits your passport, supporting documents and travel plans.
Updated

A ferry across the Bosphorus, a quiet morning among Cappadocia’s valleys, a few extra days along the coast: tell us the journey you have in mind. We help Philippine passport holders applying from the Philippines understand the visa route and prepare a clear, consistent application.
There are two routes to consider. Eligible travelers may apply for a 30-day single-entry e-Visa with a qualifying valid Schengen, US, UK or Ireland visa or residence permit, subject to the current official conditions. If you do not meet the e-Visa conditions, inquire about the regular tourist visa route through VFS Global.

START WITH ELIGIBILITY
Two routes, different preparation
Conditional e-Visa
For eligible ordinary Philippine passport holders visiting for tourism, with a qualifying valid Schengen, US, UK or Ireland visa or residence permit. The supporting document must be valid on the date you enter Türkiye. Meet every condition displayed by the official portal; having one of these documents alone is not a guarantee of eligibility.
The official e-Visa FAQ states that e-Visas issued by other countries are not accepted as supporting documents. Do not assume an electronic permission, a UK eVisa or an ETA qualifies. We check the actual document and current instructions before proceeding.
Regular tourist visa
For travelers who do not qualify for the conditional e-Visa, or whose circumstances need the regular visa route. Prepare the current tourist checklist, signed form, original passport and supporting evidence for VFS submission in person.
The Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye in Manila decides regular visa applications. WITH VEYA helps prepare the file and appointment readiness, then guides tracking and passport return.
WITH VEYA is an independent travel agency. We are not affiliated with VFS Global or the Turkish government. Neither assistance nor payment guarantees a visa or entry.
THE REGULAR VISA ROUTE
What to prepare for VFS
Use the current VFS tourist checklist as the starting point. Documents must be in English or Turkish. The checklist linked below is version 7.0, dated 8 October 2026; requirements may change and additional evidence may be requested.
Form, passport and photographs
Complete, date and sign the current application form. Prepare the original passport, required current and previous passport copies, and two recent 2×2-inch biometric photographs on a white background. The current regular-visa checklist asks for passport validity of at least six months beyond the intended departure date.
Finances and employment
Prepare an original bank deposit certificate issued within 30 days and addressed to the Embassy, plus six months of statements. Employed applicants need the latest ITR and an original signed and stamped employment certificate. Business owners should prepare SEC / DTI registration as applicable; government employees need approved travel authority.
Your travel arrangements
Provide a detailed day-to-day itinerary, flight reservation, accommodation booking evidence and travel insurance. Follow the checklist’s accommodation-stamp and signature requirements. The checklist recommends waiting for approval before buying flights or making non-refundable bookings. Reservations can explain your plans without guaranteeing an outcome.
Family, sponsorship and individual circumstances
Prepare the original PSA birth certificate and marriage certificate if married, with sponsorship or invitation evidence where relevant. Minors need parental support and consent documentation and school evidence. Company sponsorship, professional IDs and invitations have additional checklist requirements; we tailor the preparation to your circumstances.
Travel insurance is required by the current regular-visa checklist and is separate from the package. We review what you provide; you remain responsible for the truth and accuracy of every answer and document.
THE CONDITIONAL ONLINE ROUTE
What to check for the e-Visa
Prepare your ordinary Philippine passport, qualifying supporting visa or residence permit, intended entry date and travel details. Use the official portal to check the conditions for your nationality and document type, then follow its current profile, document-upload and payment instructions.
Check the supporting document’s type and expiry against the date of entry into Türkiye. A used or unused single-entry supporting visa can meet the published validity rule if its validity date still covers entry. Do not treat an electronic visa from another country as qualifying evidence.
Passport validity and any travel, accommodation, funds or other eligibility conditions must be checked for your application in the official portal. The MFA advises at least six months of passport validity from arrival; follow any longer route-specific requirement. The regular VFS checklist has its own passport-validity rule.
A CLEAR PATH FOR EACH ROUTE
How we guide your application
- 01
Confirm the route
Share your passport, intended dates and any qualifying supporting visa or residence permit. We check whether the conditional e-Visa route fits or whether to prepare for the regular visa.
- 02
Prepare and review
We organize a personalized checklist, help with application preparation and review the consistency of the travel plan, finances and supporting evidence. You check and confirm the final information.
- 03
Submission
For a regular visa, complete the current form and arrange the VFS appointment, then submit the file in person. Follow any instructions for biometrics or an interview; we cannot replace required attendance. For an e-Visa, follow the official online profile, uploads and payment steps after eligibility and charges are confirmed.
- 04
Tracking and passport return / e-Visa
For the regular route, use the VFS reference to track the application and follow the centre’s instructions for passport return or collection. For an e-Visa, check the issued document against your passport and travel details, download it and keep a copy available for travel. The authorities control decisions and admission.
LEAVE ROOM IN YOUR PLANS
Timing and personal attendance
VFS describes a minimum of 15 calendar days from receipt for the regular visa, assuming the application and documents are in order. Further checks or high volumes can take longer, including more than one month. Its current guidance says the earliest application is 90 days before travel. Allow time for appointments, preparation and passport return.
An e-Visa is a separate online route. We do not promise instant issuance or a particular turnaround. Confirm eligibility and allow time to resolve document or payment issues before making non-refundable plans.
Current VFS guidance requires regular-visa submission in person. Confirm the current centre, appointment instructions and any case-specific attendance requirements before travel to the centre. Do not rely on an old address or assume an agency can submit in your place.

PREPARATION WITH CARE
A clear file, ready for the next step.
We help identify the route, organize the checklist, prepare the application and review the documents for missing or conflicting information. For a regular visa, support continues through appointment readiness, tracking and passport-return guidance. For an e-Visa, we help with the eligible online application and checking the issued document.
Visa decisions, processing and entry remain with the competent authorities. WITH VEYA cannot guarantee approval, a processing date or admission, and cannot replace biometrics, an interview or required personal attendance.
COMMON QUESTIONS
A little more clarity
Ordinary Philippine passport holders need a visa. Eligible applicants with a qualifying valid Schengen, US, UK or Ireland visa or residence permit may apply for the conditional 30-day single-entry e-Visa if all current official conditions are met. Others can inquire about the regular visa route.
No. Türkiye has its own visa requirements. A Schengen visa does not by itself grant entry to Türkiye; it may support a conditional e-Visa application if it qualifies and all other conditions are met.
It must still be valid by date when you enter Türkiye. The published official FAQ accepts used or unused single-entry supporting visas while their validity dates cover entry. We check the actual document and all current conditions before proceeding.
Do not assume it qualifies. The official e-Visa FAQ says e-Visas from other countries are not accepted as supporting documents. Electronic permissions and digital residence evidence need individual checking against the current official rules; an ETA is not a substitute for a qualifying visa or residence permit.
Yes. Current VFS Philippines guidance says the regular application is submitted in person. We prepare and review the file and guide appointment readiness, tracking and passport return. We do not replace required attendance, biometrics or an interview.
VFS currently describes a minimum of 15 calendar days from receipt when the application is in order, with longer processing possible, including more than one month for further checks. Apply within the current 90-day advance window and allow extra time. No processing date is guaranteed.
The regular tourist checklist recommends waiting for approval before buying tickets or making non-refundable bookings. Use appropriate reservations and a realistic itinerary for preparation. A paid ticket does not guarantee approval.
WITH VEYA preparation assistance, the standard government single-entry tourist visa fee and standard mandatory VFS service fee. Travel insurance, optional services and applicant-specific expenses are separate.
For eligible applicants, the package includes WITH VEYA assistance, the government e-Visa fee and standard portal service charges. Travel insurance and applicant-specific expenses are separate. Eligibility is checked before proceeding.
No. Travel insurance is separate from both packages. It is required by the current regular-visa tourist checklist. We also recommend suitable coverage for your trip and check any route-specific conditions.
No. WITH VEYA provides independent travel and application-preparation assistance. VFS receives regular applications under its official arrangements, and the competent Turkish authorities decide visa applications and entry.
